No offer is allowed to contain any contingencies (finance, due diligence, etc). Security Deposit for any  accepted bid is non-refundable. Buyer(s) must be able to close within 60 days of the accepted offer by the State of TN. Failure to close for any reason will result in loss of the Security Deposit.
